Sometimes it’s hard to talk to family and friends about what’s bothering you, but there is no need to manage on your own. Talking to a counsellor provides a safe time and place to talk to someone who won’t judge you. It is a chance to make sense of your experiences and understand yourself better. It can help you to recognise unhelpful patterns in the way you think or act, and to find ways to change them (if you choose to). It can help you to resolve complicated feelings, or to find ways to live with them.
I believe counselling is about more than just easing distress - it's an opportunity for growth, self-awareness, and meaningful change. Working collaboratively, I can help you gain a better understanding of what may be preventing you from feeling content and reaching your full potential.
